morning after a few weeks of
severe illness, and was buried
Monday afternoon. Mrs. Young
was a Christian, highly loved
and respected by all. The sym-

give the right to hunt game birds
and animals during the open
season on same from May 1st,
1911 to May 1st, 1912.
The hunting season for hunt-
ing snipe, plover, curlew, doves
and shore birds opened August
15th and closes May 1st.
Atterney General West holds
that no one can hunt protected
or unprotected game off of his
own premises without first pro-
curing a license to hunt.
The law against hunting on
Sunday provides a penalty for
its vi"lation of a fine of $25 to
$100. This law must be enforced.

Samuel Irwin and Josiah Randolph Irwin

Notice ia hereby given that J. R- Watson, the
duly appointed und qualified guardian of the es-
tate of James Samuel Irwin and Josiah Randolph
Irwin, minors, has returned, pre-
sented for confirmation, and filed in this court
his return of sale of the following described
land in Murray and Garvin counties, Oklahoma,
belonging to said estate, to-wit:
All the interest the said minors have, the same
being a five-eights interest, undivided, in and to
the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter, and the East Half of the
East Half of the Southeast Quarter, and South-
west Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter, and the Northwest Quarter
of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quar-
ter of Section 86, in Township 'i. South, and

That said return shows that said lands sold for
the sum of Fifteen Hundred Thirty and no-100
Dollars, upon the following terms, to-wit; Cash
upon the confirmation of the sale by the County
court of Okfuskee County, Okluhoina, .and the
delivery of a deed to the said premises by the
guardian and that Tuesday, the 10th day of Octo-
ber, 1911, at 2 o'clock p. m. of
said day at the county court room in the town of
Weleetka, Okfuskee county, Oklahoma, has been
duly appointed and fixed by this court as the day
for the hearing of said return, ut which time any
person interested in said estate may appear and
file his exceptions in writing to said return and
may contest the same, and they are hereby re-
ferred to said return for further particulars and
information herein.

1910, the undersigned guardian of the
estate of William Durant, a minor,
will sell at public sale to the highest
bidder subject to confirmation by said
Court, on Monday, the 16th day of
of October, A. D., 1911, at 10 o'clock
A. M., at in front of Court house, at
Eufaula, Oklahoma, all the right, title
and interest of said William Durant,
a minor, in and to the following de-
scribed real estate situate in McIntosh
County, State of Oklahoma, to wit:
The Northeast Quarter of the North-
east Quarter and the Southeast Quar-
ter of the Northeast Quarter of Sec-
tion 7: and the East Half of the North-
west Quarter of Section 15, all in
Township 11 North and Range 14 East
of the Indian Base and Meridian.

Little Clarence Smith, son of
Mr. and"Mrs. Arthur Smith, died ,
Saturday evening and was buried i
Sunday.
He was a bright manly little1
fellow of three years, who bad
never known what sickness was
until taken sick about three
weeks ago with spinal menigitis.
The sympathy of the entire

Vann. a minor.
Now on this 16th day of September. 1911, comes
Edmund Durant as guardian of the estate of the
above named ward,having filed herein his petition
for the sale of the real estate of said ward for the
tasons in said petition stated.
IT IS ORDERED, that said petition bo and
hereby is set for hearing on the 24th day of
October, A. D.. 1911. at 2 o'clock, p. m., in the
county court room in Weleetka. Okla., at which
time the next of kin and persona interested in
the estate of said ward are required to appear
and show cause, if any they have, why an order
should not be granted for the sale of so much of
the real estate of said ward as is necessary for
the reasons in said petition stated, and that ser-
vice hereof be made upon said next of kin and
persons interested in the estate of suid ward, as
required by law.
It is ordered that a copy of this order lie pub-
lished for 4 successive weeks in the Weleetka
American, of Weleetka, Oklahoma.
