Geo. Clarkson was a visitor in
Ft. Smith Sunday.
A, P. Smith was in Okemah
attending court this week.
Mrs. W. T. Anderson returned
Saturday from a visit in Ft.
Smith.
Miss Lizzie Stevens, who is
teaching at Hanna, is home for
the week's vacation.
A negro excursion passed
through here Wednesday enroute
to Boley.
Frank Lawrence was here
from Holdenville Sunday.
Earl Dossey was over from
Okemah, Sunday.

was a Weleetka visitor Wednes-
day.
Miss Etherland Pike has re-
turned from several months visit
in Duston.
J. M. Pemberton returned last
Tuesday evening from a business
trip to St. Louis.

Miss Anna Evans gave a "can-
dy pulling" Tuesday night. A
pleasant time is reported.
Mrs. Virgil Ryland, of Henry-
etta, is the guest of her parents,

is being removed and replac-
ed this week.
Arthur Wilson,of Kansas City;
was in Weleetka looking after
busniess interests Saturday,
The ladies of the Methodist
church gave a social at the home
of Mrs. S. A. Hayes Wednesday
evening.
Guy Nortrhop went over to El
Reno Friday and on his way back
stopped at Oklahoma City to take
in Ben Hur.

meeting, which was addressed
by one of their national leaders.
