Carson will be formally opened in the early spring with a hugh sale. This formal sale will be widely advertis-
ed and large excursions will be run from all directions, it will be held, too, at a time when there will be a
large influx of travelers to make investments in Oklahoma. Carson, in order to be in readiness for t!:e formal
sale, must have at once hotels, banks, stores, lumber yards, restaurants, gins, livery stables and all other lines
of bus'ness. To enable these enterprises to come in we have decided on the date above to hold A PRELIMIN-
ARY SALE. At this sale, too, for the purpose of advertising our formal sale in the spring lots will be sold to
persons in different localities. It is needless to say that the people who attend the Prel minary Sale will have
an unequalled chance to get in on the g ound floor. Getting m at the start in Oklahoma Towns has made
substantial Fortunes for Many People. Are you going to be the Early Bird?
