War and Spanish war veterans from
all parts of Oklahoma began arriving
here tonight for ihe sixth annual al-
lied encampment of the grand army of
Ihe republic and Spanish war veterans.
The Kifih Pield Artillery band will be
here for the encampment it was an-
nounced and plans for the rekindling
of tho spirit of 'Til. 'til. and '$ in a
big rally haw been made.
One of the features of tho encamp-
ment will be the dedication of Tul-
s.i's new rif'.o range according to an-
nouncements. A military rifle match
has been planned nnd It will be open
to all veterans young and old. who
care to compete.
tt is expected that more than l..r00
visitors will he here for the encamp-
ment before Thursday.
