located at Jerome, Arizona.
Incorporated under the laws ef Ari-
zona;
Consists of 28 patented claims;
About 500 acres In area;
Six claims adjoin the United Verde;
Stock is non-assessable;
Has a shaft 500 feet deep,
Drifts and tunnels, 2,000 feet;
First ore discovered in the district
was on the Jerome Verde;
About $250,000 worth of ore now In
sight;
16 assays of ore from different lev-
els have been made.
Average value of ore $37.40 per ton;
Nearly $50,000 worth of ore taken
out in development work alone,
Diamond core drills have proven rich
ore a ereat depth;
Millions in ore close at hand;
Over $100,000 spent in development;
Makes a better showing now than
the United Verde at the same stage of
development.
Four prominent mining enginers be-
lieve it will rival the United Verde;
Many of the leading mining and bus-
iness men of Jerome endorse this prop-
