geant, is expected to return home to-
day from the Jamestown Exposition,
after an absence of about three weeks.
Mr. Samson has been visiting his
mother at his old home in New York,

IMPROVING
Miss Anna Atzwelser, the young lady
who suffered severe Injuries about the
foot, owing to a recent street ear acci-
dent, Is getting along nicely, and her
recovery Is expected soon.
The accident occurred on the overling
of May 30th. when Miss Atzwelser, In
company with a party of friends was
coming from Delmar Garden. It ap-
pears that tho rear trucks of the ear
which they boarded Jumped tho track
Miss Atzwelser was thrown to the r-ar
platform, her foot catching between
two pieces of Iron. The foot was hor-
ribly crushed and she has been com-
pelled to remain at the hospital ever
since.
