Mrs. Larcena How^ck snd family,
little Johnnie Mae, J. S., and Ches-
tine, are the guests of her sister and
brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. C. D.
Phillips. They seem to be enjoying
themselves immensely, and it is the
earnest hope of the citizens of Tisho-
mingo that they will carry back to
the capital city nothing but good re-
ports of this wonderful city of the
southeast.
Rev. R. A. Johnson returned Sun-
day from Oklahoma City, where he
attended the State Sunday school and
B. Y. P. U. convention. He reports
a successful convention.
Mrs. Hudson, the mother of Mrs.
J. R. Sephas, is very ill at the home
of the latter. W,e hope for her a
speedy recovery, and our sympathies j family has the sympathy of the

a record crowd in attendance. No
services were had, but in the after-
noon organization of a starlight band,
