Dividend Will Be
April 30
Paid
By the
$1 to $2 a Share
Wells are drilling night and
day near our leases; when
a well comes in near any
one of these valuable leases,
the stock in this company
will go out of sight and will
be instantly withdrawn from
the market.
The Western Oil Derrick Leasing C ompany No. 2 offers its shares at the par value
of $1 each, fully paid and non-assessable, to those investors who desire a conservative in-
vestment in oil.
There is yet tini£ to become a shareholder in this successful company which pays no
salaries, issues no promotion stock, and which invest* every dollar of the stockholders
money in leases in territorv where wells are being drilled or are contracted for.
The capital of this companv is $100,000. Shares are of the par value of $1 each.
The company is organized under the laws of Oklahoma, and claims that its assets arc
superior to any other oil company of its size and age in the land. Also, the claim is made
that the Western Oil Derrick Leasing Company No. 2 has resources in acreage which
already are far above the value of all the stock issued by the cempany. In other words,
the management ot this company claims that the method* adopted bv the companv ^aie
the safest wttich can bfe employed in oil operation*.
Thesi methods are exactly the same that have made enormous wealth for the big-
gest oil companies in America.
The greatest oil corporation* in \menca do not buy stocks. I hev buy leases. We
do the same.
Wise investors are invited to become st( ckholdei * in this companv while the stock
can be bought at the par value. $1 a shar^.
This companv alreadv owns the mo*t magniiiccnt lot of lea*es that an\ similar com-
pany ever acquired during it-
vet five
if operation*. This cotnpanv is not
ives ample evidence of the success
first year
months old, yet the list of leases herewith printed
which attend* the operations of the company.
Wells are being drilled in all of the territorv where the companv owns leases.
When the first gu*her shoot* crude oil over a derrick near any one ot our lease,*,
the stock will be instantly withdrawn from the market, and those who are the owners ot
shares will get all the money that the company earns. f
Stock now is $1 a share.
Stock will be advanced to $2 a *hare by rea*oii of the fact thai the acreage owned ny;
the companv ha* increased in value to instil) such in advance. It i* the purpose oi the
management to give investors an opportunity to become *hareholders in the company,
ahead of the advance, and t<S als.. give them the opportunity to participate in the tirst
dividend.
This companv drill* no well*, but will permit other companies to drill wells on the
leases which the "companv own*. This company promises to be the most successful of
anv oil corporation now operating in tin* wonder hVlds of the soutInvest. \\ < tak( ess
chances ot l< >. yet we have the marvelous possibilities ot -ain which accompany thd
drilling of monster oil gusher- iti the southwestern states where we operate.
A* *<>on as the stock issued reaches an amount that will absorb the fund set aside to
pa\ the April dividend, the management reserves the right t" withdraw the stock iront
sale, •*
