PATRONIZE NATIONAL BANKS
There are two reasons why Oklahoma should do business with
National Banks.
First—Decause you do not have to be a landlord in order to bor-
row money at a low rate of interest.
Second—Because the laws of Oklahoma CANNOT endanger the en-
tire resources of a National Bank, by forcing it to pay losses sus-
tained on account of the wild-cat and reckless banking of others.
The entire assets, together with the stockholders liability of the
First National Bank of Hartshorne, are liable for, and guarantee the
deposits of this bank alone. These assets and stockholders liability
amount to two hundred thousand dollars, the amount of which is
greater than the entire unimpaired guarantee fund of the State of
Oklahoma, which is supposed to guarantee the deposits of four hun-
dred State Banks.
