When Police Judge Dye opened
court this morning he found quite a
bunch waiting for him. Saturday ''ta" man were verv gateful to the

C. Lynch who had been arrested by
Policeman Townsend for being two
full. He pleaded guilty and got off
with $8,25 which is the new price
for a common drunk.
Harry Dwier got on a load of
campaign booze and raised a roar
at the mass meeting Saturday night.
Policeman Kimball took him in
charge and locked him up till this
morning. He said he was gudty and
paid $8.75 for his fnn.
joe Davis, a young Indian, came
people of Sapulpa, for their kind-
ness in caring for the body.

from a pony. Alderman J. C Mini-
fee had left his horse and buggy in
front ;>f the Scenic theatre and Joe
toek a sudden notion to take a ride.
He got in the buggy and drove off
and in a little while the entire police
force was looking for him. He evi-
dent ly did not go far until he col-
lapsed and the horse took him to
Mr. Menifee's barn where he was
found a few hours later. Joe was
found lying under ihe buggy and
was in a serious condition. A physi-
cian was called and after an exami-
nation said he had been drinking
some doped whiskey. For a time it
was feared he would not reco er but
yesterday morninir be was alright.
In court ne was fined S8.25 and
made to pay the doctor's bill of
$3.00 and $2.00 to a man for tak-
ing care of him making a total of
$11.25.
A. J. Fitzpatrick who hails from
Hoiley ville, was arrested bv Police-
man Townsend and on his plea of
guilty got the regulation $5 00 and
trimmings.
Assistant Chief Hayter arrested
P. Scouller on a similiar charge and
he paid the same fine and costs.

day morning from Indiana, where
he had taken the remains of C. E.
Cunningham who died suddenly a
few days ago. Mr. Plater said his
train left here three hours late but
arrived in St. Louis, on time. From
