time with his family, especially
the grandkids.
He was preceded in death by

Garrett Smith, of Sapulpa. and
step-father Harry Buchanan.
Survivors include his wife.

It was a relatively quiet night
for the Creek County Sheriff's
department.
Jason Morrow. 22. was the
only arrest for the department
last night.
C pi. Shane Pittser said
Morrow was driving and
swerved left of the center line
and so he stopped him on
Highway 166 between Highway
47 and Frankoma Road.
”1 noticed an odor of alcohol
on his person." Pittser said.
Morrow was arrested tor
felony driv ing under the influ-
ence because ot a previous ar-

inside, and Morrow was arrest-

Sapulpa police are investi-
gating a ease of domestic
abuse that occurred in the 500
block of North Hodge
Wednesday.
Patrolman Jason DeLoachc
reported that he is requesting
an arre't warrant on a 34-vear-
old Sapulpa man for allegedly
head butting his wife.
The wife told police that her
husband also grabbed her by
the throat during a heated argu-
ment
DeLoaehe reported he ob-
served the woman had sus-
tained a knot on her forehead
and there were red marks
around her throat.
The affidavit and police re-
port will be forwarded to the
Creek County District
Attorney Max Cook who will
make the decision whether for-
mal charges will be filed.
