quarter. Tons Cotton scored on
a 15-sard run He added the
conversion and the Ponies look
an 8-0 lead.
Matt Goodeil added a 7-sard
run and scored the conversion
for the 16-0 Pons lead.
In the second quarter.
Goodeil scored again and
Cotton hit Jerems Pilcher for
the 24-0 lead.
With 2:10 to go in the half.
Cotton found the end /one on a

Trojans and the Liberty Tigers

Thursday night at Llyod Parks
Stadium, hut the Trojans gave
up three interceptions for scores
and lost two fumbles in a 58-12
loss.
Kiefer <0-8. 0-51 had to go
with freshman Jarred Harless as
quarterback due to an injury to

for a 42-yard touchdown pass,
and Levi Mieir scored on an 81-
yard kick-off return.
Turnovers and mistakes hur-
ried the Trojans in the second
half.
“We were tied 0-0 at half-
time. but we came out and threw
three interceptions for touch-
downs and fumbled the hall
away twice." Reynolds said.
"That was the nail in the coffin."
Both teams combined for 70
points in the second half after
going scoreless in the first.
