tion for Counseling and Development, as well as
the Bristow Chamber of Commerce.
“Upon my retirement, I found that after 30 years
of commitment to better education, I still have
goals and a desire to serve my community. We
have many other issues as well that need hard-
hitting attention. There are lots of good reasons to
live in Creek County. Martha and I raised our fami-
ly here, but it’s been difficult to watch friends lose
their homes, jobs and businesses, and farms. It's
time for aggressive representation for District 29.
Aggressiveness is vital on new jobs and ecomonic
future of our community, and I know I can play a
key role in that aggressive approach. My 21 years
as a recruiter and counselor taught me that you
have to work and push hard for excellence,” Miller
stated.
"I want to be a full-time legislator, with a full-
time office open to the public. There are so many
issues that concern our way of life. I want to serve
as a representative for friends and neighbors in
their participation in a government that seems to
be taking over our lives,” he added. Miller said he
plans on spending the next 8 months seeking
support and listening to citizens' concerns and
priorities. He may be reached at 387-8145.
