For Friday, July 14, 1*72
March 21 to April 20 (Arias)-
Tread with measured step now.
Is there an obstacle that needs
study before vaulting?
Emphasize your foresighted-
ness, and don’t be impatient for
results.
April 21 to May 21 (Taurus)-Give
careful thought to decisions you
must make soon. Call on in-
terested friends to ease your
way if you think they can be of
help. There’s more than one way
to get ahead.
May 22 io June 21 (Gemini) Fine
Mercury influences stimulate
ambitions, intellectual pursuits.
With your innate ingenuity and
sparkling imagination, you can
achieve top goals now.
June 22 to July 23 (Cancer) Keep
alert to occupational
requirements, the opposition you
will face, all likely con-
tingencies. With such matters
under control, you can move
forward confidently—and with
ease.
July 24 to August 23 (Leo)-
Apathy and indifference now
prevalent in certain quarters.
Don’t let them dampen your
enthusiasm, but do counter with
poise and understanding.
August 24 to September 23
(Virgo)-This may be more
complicated day than you an-
ticipated, but take all
philosophically. Better in-
fluences within 24 hours.
Romance in high favor.
September 24 to October 23
(Libra) Things will not come to
Women's Studies
COLUMBUS, Ohio(UPI)-The
women’s lib movement is more
than a fancy, an assistant
professor of English at Ohio
State University found. Prof.
Mildred B. Munday says in
response to a course she is
teaching that got little advance
publicity enrollment was over-
subscribed.The title of the
course: "Women in Literature:
Images, Models and
Stereotypes.”
Prof. Munday says literature
is something like a Dow-Jones
indicator of cultural trends.
“Rather than creating social
movements," she said, “litera-
ture follows and reflects them."
a satisfactory conclusion now
without YOUR aid. Work them
out quietly, but firmly;
smoothly, with tact.
October 24 to November 23
(Scorpio) In your anxiety to
tackle BIG projects, don’t
neglect the "little” details which
so often spell the difference
between success and failure. Be
discriminating.
November 23 to December 31
(Sagittarius)-Trigger action to
make use of top offerings of ihe
day. Add finesse to make things
pleasanter, smoother. Take up a
hobby to offset boredom.
December 22 to January 30
(Capricorn)-A day full of op-
portunities. Be sure to grasp the
best and make the most of them.
Don’t anticipate problems.
January 21 to February )*
(Aquarius) You may have to
throw in your lot with the op-
position, but first consider facts,
advantages. Be vigorous in
handling obligations, pursuit of
worthwhile goals.
February 20 to March 30
(Pisces)-Direct your en-
thusiasm for worthwhile causes
into progressive channels. There
may be some revision of plans
neded, however. Don’t sit back,
satisfied with previous gains.
YOU BORN TODAY are an
extremely conventional in-
dividual but, nevertheless,
genial and amiable in your
relationships ith others—no
matter what their walk in life.
You are a lover of home and
family life, but are inclined
toward jealousy and over-
possessiveness of loved ones.
Try to curb these traits since
they alienate the very ones
whose affection you crave. Your
humanitarianism is outstanding
and you could excel in the fields
of medicine or sociology. You
have fine musical and literary
gifts also and, if you do not use
them vocationally, should use
one or the other avocationaIly-
as an outlet for your emotions.
Other fields suited to your
talents: The law, the theater,
journalism and painting. Birth-
date of: John Lockhart, Scottish
writer.
