UPPER MARLBORO, Md.
(UPI)—A Maryland judge will
be asked today to dismiss all
c harges against Arthur Bremer
and to delay the July 12 trial of
the man accused of shooting
Gov. George C. Wallace.
The requests were among five
motions presented Judge Ralph
W. Powers of Prince Georges
Circuit Court by Benjamin
Lipsitz, Bremer's court-
appointed lawyer.
Other motions sought a jury
trial, consolidation of the 24 state
charges against Bremer and
disclosure of state and federal
evidence gathered against the
former Milwaukee busboy.
Bremer, who did not expected
to attend today's pretrial
hearing, was also scheduled for
federal trial July 17 on ad-
ditional charges resulting from
the May 15 wounding of the
