Announcement, therefore, that Tha-
viu's world famed Russian band will
<lve daily concerts at the eighth An-
nual Oklahoma State Fair and Impo-
sition. Oklahoma City. Sept. 22 to Oct.
3, 1914, will bring delight to hundreds
of thousands of people in Oklahoma
and surrounding stateS. Thaviu, that
little bundle of nerves, energy and
genius, is to bring his great band to
Oklahoma City for the entire period
of the State Fair. The whole country
was searched for nn organization that
would meet the demands of all the

management of the fair always takes
pride in arranging spc-etal programs

that starts off the second week of the
fair. Visiters this year can feel sure
of hearing the finest concerts ever be-
fore heard in the state of Oklahoma.

yet, of course, but every person con-
nected with Thaviu's great organiza-
tion will take part and there will be
numerous other mu'ical features. Ex-

Novel Display of Everything
New and Late in Pyrotech-
nics Will Be Shown.
The eighth annual Oklahoma State
Fair and Exposition, Oklahoma City,
Sept. 22 to Oct. 3, will be literally in
a blaze of glory each night when all
that is new and late in Dvrotechnics
will be presented.
Each and every evening the big
night show in front of the immense
grandstand will close with a display
of lire works never before excelled in
this section of the country.
Contracts have just boon made for
this tremendously expensive night at-
traction and the detailed program has
not yet been worked out. Assurance
is given by the State Fair manage-
ment, however, that the display will
be built on a colossal scale and there
will be scores of noveltu «.
Music for the big concerts in con-
nection with the fireworks will be
provided by Thaviu's great Hussion
band and there will be any number of
costly circus acts each evening.
Among the big acts might be men-
tioned May Wirth, the Australian rul-
ing marvel and her entire family of
equestrians and Power's New York
Hippodrome Klephants

You, and each of you, will take notice that
the plantiff Jont Smith did on the 25th day of
June, 1914, file his petition in the District j
Court in and for Lincoln County, Oklahoma, i
praying for judgement against you in the sum of |
Eleven Hundred Thirty-one ($1131 GO) Dollars j
with interest thereon at the rate of ten per cent i
per annum from June 24, 1914, and One Hun- I
dred Fifty ($I 50.00) Dollars attorney's fee with
interest thtreon at the rate of ten per cent per
annum from June 24th, 1914, and for foreclosure
of mortgage securing said indebtedness, on real 1
estate hereinafter described, and that you must
answer said petition herein on or before the 14th
day of August, A. D. 1914 or said petition will
be taken as true, and a judgement rendered in
said action against you and each of you for
Eleven Hundred Thirty-one ($113100) Dol-
lars with interest thereon at the rate of ten per
cent per annum from June 24th. 1914, and One
Hundred Fifty ($150.00) Dollars attorney's fee
with interest thereon at the rate of ten per cent
per annum from June 24th, 1914, upon a cer-
tain promissory note heretofore given by you to
said Jont Smith, together with the costs of this
action; and a further judgement rendered in said
action for the forcclosue of a certain mortgage !
securing said promissory note and the indebted-
ness evidenced thereby, upon the following de-
scribed real estate towit:
Southwest Quarter (S-W.4) of Section Thir-
ty-four (Sec. 34) Township Fifteen (Twp. 15)
North. Range Six (R 6) East of the Indian
Base and Meridian, in Lincoln County, Okla-
homa. containing 160 acres, more or less, and
adjudging that default has been made in said
mortgage, that plantiff has a first lien upon said
premises to the amount for which judgement will-
be taken as aforesaid, and ordering said premises
to be sold, without appraisment. and the pro-
ceeds to be applied to the payment of the
amount due plaintiff and the costs of suit,
and forever barring and fcreclosing said defend-
dants from all right, title, estate, interest, proper-
ty and equity of redemption in or to said prem-
ises or any part thereof.

this 25th day of June, 1914.
