Good Roads Day, Monday,
July 20th.
Keep It Coins.
—Editor. Hvord: —
A movement has been start-
ed in Prague, to make an or-
ganized eifortto putthe roads
leading in*o Prague ir better
condition, and is such a propo-
rtion as should have the har-
y suport if all in Prague and
within a radius of several
miles. It is true that sever-
al such novements have been
started he'e within the last
few yeais, and some might
say that very little has been
accomplii bed. It is true that
there ha) not been as much
done as :ould have been, but
taking the sum total of it all
our roads are in much better
conditioi now than they have
been for years. The writer
has noticed that hte farmers
are becoming more interest-
ed in thj toads leading totheir
market town and they have
done a great deal of effective
work themselves, but there is
work for all to do yet before
this town will be put on the
map at a stopping station for
autonubile traffic acros: the |
state, and much needs tc be j
done in order to put thn;
roads in such condition as
will make the town of Prague
the most accessable to th<.* t
large area of trade ten itory:
which is rightfully ours.
Let every man in Prague
able to work get out and do j
his full duty on the first of
our "Good Roads Days." We
can depend on our farmer
friends to do more than their
share.

COULD SCARCELY
WALK ABOUT
And For Three Summers Mrs. Vin-
cent Was Unable to Attend to
Any of Hei Housework.
Pleasant Hill, N. C.—"I suffered for
three summers," writes Mrs. Walter
Vincent, of this town, "and 'he third and
last time, was my v/orst.
I had dreadful nervous headaches and
prostration, and was ,-carceiy able to
walk about. Could not do any of my
housework.
I also had dreadful pains in my back
and sides and when one of those weak,
sinking spells would come on me, I
would have to give up and lie down,
until it wore off.
I was certainly in a dreadful state of
health, when 1 finally decided to try
CRrdui. the woman's tonic, and 1 tirmly
believe I would have (lied if I liadn*
taken it.
After I began taking Cardui, I waj
greatly helped, and all three bottles re-
lieved me entirely,
1 fattened up, and grew so muct
stronger in three months, I lell like an-
other person altogether."
Cardui is purely vegetable and gentle-
acting. Its ingredients have a mild, toni<
effect, on the womanly constitution
Cardui makes tor increased strength;
improves the appetite, tones up the ner-
vous system, and helps to make pale;
sallow cheeks, fresh and rosy.
Cardui has helped more lhan a million
weak women, during the past 50 years.
It will surely do (or you, what It has
done for them Try Cardui today.
