morning for the bond election and
will close at B this evening. It is
thought that very nearly the full
vote registered will be cast.

J. B. Kent has been appointed offi-
cial photographer for the Oklahoma
World's Fair commission. He will
portray scenes from all parts of the
territory, a number of Chandler views
being among them for exhibition at
the world'# fair. ,
County Treasurer McLaughlin wishes
us to state that warrants on the sepa-
rate school fund are now payable up
to No. -7-'. Ali other funds except
this and.the supply fund are in good
shape.
This has been a busy day a't the
office of the county treasurer, checks
having been issued in payment of
43 county warrants.
Afternoon Card Club.
Mrs. W. G. Bisbee entertained the
Afternoon Card club yesterday in a
very dainty way.
All of the members were present
except Mrs. Owen and Miss Von Gou-
ten. Mesdames Christal and U. V.
Hoffman substituted for them.
