Madero to refrain from becoming a
candidate for the presidency hut to
accept the portofolio of war in the
Madeto Cabinet it was l'eon dd
Valle who launched the Reyes presi-
dential campaign. Within a week
after Reyes' sivectacular fliicht from

Antonio where he joined his chief
and where he has since been his close
