Much Talk
and Great Praise
Surprising Good Being Done in This
Locality.
It seems that everybody is talk-
ing about Root Juice these days.
The new medicine must have won-
derful curative merit or so many
local people would not be so en-
thusiastic in praise of it. When
the scientist was here he said: "The
reason so many people get well after
taking Root Juice « few weeks is
that the Juice contains in proper
proportion the most soothing, heal-
ing and strengthening ingredients
for the stomach, bowels, bladder,
liver and kidneys known to the sci-
entific world, by making the blood
making and blood filtering organs
healthy. Root Juice removes many
ailments." The great remedy with-
in the lasl few months has made so
many remarkable cures in Indiana
and Kansas that It Is not surpris-
ing that so many of our people are
buying it. It seems to be wonderful
for any trouble of the stomach,
bowels, liver and kidneys and has
proved its remarkable merits to
scores of people here in Bartles-
vllie, for bloating, belching, const!-
patlon, sick headache and other evils
of bad digestion. In rheumatic and
kidney troubles, also nervousness.
It Is surprising how fast health Is
recovered under the Juice treatment.
The people at the Star drug store
are well informed In relation to the
merits of the remedy and have a
▼ery pleasant way In telling all they
know of it. Many that took one
bottle have returned for more and
said that Root Juice is the most
wonderful medicine on earth. It Is
sold during the demonstration per-
iod for $1 a bottle or three bottles

re overflowed. Railroads are com-
elled to suspend business and brid-
es were swept away by the most
widespread flood in twenty years.
With railroad communications to
Portland cut off by washouts, Seattle
f°day has only one direct railroad,
in outlet to the east, the Northern
Pacific main line. That outlet, how-
over, may be closed at any time by
the turbulent Green river, which Is
ilready threatening the Union Pa-
cific tracks.
