It is proposed to sell 200 lots in the University Addition in the next 40 days. They are to be sold at
the prices and upon the terms following: These lots range in price from $150 to $350. They are
to be sold for one-fourth cash down, or not less than $50 on the first payment, and the balance in
monthly payments of $10 as per contract to be given purchaser by the Board of the University Promo-
tion and Development Company.
Everybody Throughout the Entire Country
is Authorized to act as Agent
For the sale of these lots and to compete for the premiums offered in this advertisement, except that Real Estate agents in the city
of Enid will be entitled to the usual commission only. These lots MUST be sold in the next 40 days, if possible, to pay off the
indebtedness falling due against the University Buildings, and to induce, as nearly as possible, everybody to aid in this commend-
able undertaking, these lots are offered for less than ONE HALF of what lo+s are selling for in other additions, and these very lib-
eral premiums are offered to agents. This is the most sightly addition in the city and was selected by the committee on location
on account of its peculiar fitness for a great college, and as the University continues to grow this addition will be as densely popu-
lated as any residence part of the city and the property double and thrible in value,
PREMIUMS
The following premiums will be given away free when these lots are sold; or if within the time
only ioo lots are sold, notwithstanding our endeavor to sell 200, the premiums will be award-
ed just the same
