New Rcuta to Health
Little, fragrant, palatable tablets, in
a dainty enameled metal box, just
right for the vest pocket or the lady's
purse. On the tablets are stamped
the letters, "C. C. C." Cascarets, Candy
Cathartic. Eat one like candy and
the little tablet at once purilies and
regulates the whole digestive canal.
It destroys disease germs in the
mouth and throat, stops souring of un-
digested food in the stomach, stirs up
the liver, and tones and strengthens
the bowels, making them act healthily
and naturally. They are well and
widely advertised in the press, but the
best advertisement for Cascarets is
their wonderfully yet positive action
which makes a Cascaret convert every
one that tries them. We recommend
them to all our readers.

The satisfactory disposition of garbage
mul sewage is the most difficult sanitary
problem that modern civilization has tc
deal with, and tho outcome of the ex-
periment at Chicago will be watched
with deep interest.
Undoubtedly cremation is the best
disposition that can b« made of all
off organic matter. It perhaps should
really be turned into fertilizing mate-
rial, and might be if there was any way
of treating it chemically, so that il
would not l>e both offensive and danger-
ous. But until that chemicalization
method, which will deal with the mat-
ter successfully, has been found, cer-
tainly tho best thing for public health il
'■ to erect crematories in which both gar

tain harm they do will l e avoided.
