On this the 5th day of April, 1920,
comes John W. Denison as guar-
dian of the estate of the above named
ward and filed herein his petition to
sell the real estate of said minor de-
scribed in said petition for the rea-
sons in said petition stated. And it
appearing to the Court from said pe-
tition that it is necessary that said
real estate or some portion thereof be
sold for the reason in said petition
stated.
IT IS ORDERED, That said peti-
tion be and the same is hereby set
down for hearing on the 10th day of
I May, 1920, at the hour of 1 o'clock
I a. m. of said day, at the County Court
room of McCurtain County, Oklaho-
ma, at which time and place the next
of kin of said minor or any person
interested in said minor's estate may

Notice is hereby given in pur-
' suance of an order of the County
Court of the County of McCurtain,
State of Oklahoma, made on the 24th
day of March, 1920, the undersigned
Guardian of the estate of Oliver Bain,
Hazel Bain, Ethel Bain, Vada Bain,
and Frank Bain will sell at public sale
to the highest bidder, subject to con-
firmation by said Court on the 19th
day of April, A. D., 1920, at two
o'clock P. M., at the front door of the
Court House in the town of Idabel,
Oklahoma, all the right, title and in-
