Be it ordained by the Mayor and
Councilmen of the City of Bartles-
ville, Oklahoma:
Section 1. Whereas, a majority
of the property holders within that
district in the city of Bartlesville,
Oklahoma, described as Pemberton
Heights Addition, in the city of Bar-
tlesville, Oklahoma, have petitioned
for 'the construction of a district
sewer in the alley between Cherokee
avenue and Osage avenue from Elev-
enth street to Thirteenth street, and
in the alley between Delaware ave-
nue, Cherokee avenue from Eleventh
street to Thirteenth street, and con-
necting with the sewers at Eleventh
street.
Whereas, the prayer of said peti-
tioners has been heretofore granted,
and the said sewer constructed, as
prayed and as required by law; and,
