the undersigned, Garvin Thomason.
at the September, 1915, term of the
District court in and for Cherokee
county, was convicted of tho crime
of burglary and was sentenced to
serve a term of three years in the
State Reformatory at Granite.
That on the 6th day of November,
1916, an application will be made to
the Governor of Oklahoma, at Okla-
homa Citv, for clemency, at which
time and place all interested will be
heard.
