Some miscreants who had a
greater love tor drinks than tor the
laws of bis country or the gospel

Thk murderer of the President
of France lias been tried aud found
guilty, but an investigation has
been begun which reveals the fact
that he is of lunatic ancestry, and

Dr. J. W. Bibby, of Fort Smith, was
in Talihina Sunday. He wen.t down to
Tushkahoum Sunday evening with the
intention of locating at that place.
Night Operator Church, late of this
place, undertook two jobs at one time
and came out loser iu one, if not both.
He tried to do the sparking for all the
railroad boys up and down the line fur
thirty miles on each side of here and
to act as night operator besides. One
night, while taking a profound slumber
ami dreaming dreams such us every fas-
cinated cuss had dreamt hefoie, the
kiud oflicials of the road, after having
tried to wske him by wire for three long
and weary hours iu vain, dispatched to
the engineer of a train at Bengal to
come over and wake liiin up. Shortly
thereafter a new man took his place.
