An injunctiort has been issued in the
county court at Guthrie restraining
State Auditor M E. Trapp from col-
lecting an inheiritance tax from the es-
tate of the millionaire lumberman, P.
T. Walton, who died several months

bill passed by congress providing that
the census should be taken by men not
