ing on the back ot a neighbor's bug-
gy, tbe eight yeai; old sen of Ur. and
Mrs. Sam Kratz of this city, caught
bis left leg In the hind wheel and
the leg was wound around the hub,

fatally. Tbe boy lived three days.
