The machinery for our big 4th of
July eelehraiion is still moving in a
workman like manner. Every fea-
ture of the day is being looked
after by men who are experienced
in their work and the day will be
one long to be remembered by the
people of this county. The crowd
that makes the biggest noise and
goes over the county with a llair of
trumpets, a stream of hot air and a
train of automobiles, does not al-
ways attract the most attention or
draw the largest crowd. Dover is
moving in a business-like manner
and the people know where to come
for a day of rest and amusement.
Our beautiful grove and splendid
water appeals to the people and it
does not require a brass band and
a tram of automobiles to turn them
in this direction.
