factories now established or to be es-
tablished at the state penal Institu
tions. If a canning factory Is installed
at Molester for instance part of the
products of the factory may be
furnished to the Hranite reformatory
if. idt r this bill whereas the present
law makes no such provision..

Importance to the people. The general
revenue bill carries the two per cent
gross production tax on oil and gas
a platform demand and a pet of the
governor's. It will produce more
than double the amount of revenue
that has heretofore been colli'cted
from oil and gas production.
