coming state may unite in their organ-
ized efforts for the promulgation
perpetuation nf republican principles
and policies and for the success of the
republican party and its nominees

mittee be organized for the slate to
he composed of Oklahoma ami Indian
Territory.
2. The Republican Stale Central
eomiuitte for Oklahoma shall for the
present be composed of the chairman
mill secretary of the Oklahoma re-
publican Territorial committee the
chairman and secretary of the Indian
Territory Republican Territorial com-
mittee the member of the national
republican committee for Oklahoma
the member of the national republican
committee for Indian Territory one
member of the territorial committee
from each congressional district to be
elected by the territorial eomiuitlee
of said district.
3. The state central eouuiiitte as
herein constituted shall consist for ihv
present of eleven members six of
whom shall constitute a quorum and
in nny case where there is a vacancy
in the membership of snid committee
the remaining members may designate
some person to till such vacancy until
the same is tilld by th regular con-
stituted authorities.

chairman vice-chairman secretary
and treasurer which chairman secre-
