ful channel and use it tn tho construe

sition thus tsking away every dol-
lar from tho general roads and using
all on tho special graft proposition.
Friends nnd fellow-citzens and sin-
cere and loyal Americans of Tuls-'
county wherever you are you hav'
a patriotic. Christian obligation rest-
ir g on you nnd that obligation is to
go to the polls on Tuesday November
20. and bury this iniquitous and Inde-
fensible traft so deei under an ava-
lanche of negative votes that. In fu-
ture paid hirelings of graft and legal-
