nie Whitmire, minors.
Notice of the hearing of petition of guardian
to confirm sale of real estate and direct &
conveyance thereof.
Notice is hereby given that in pursuance

-taid county, the undersigned as guardian said
lamed minors, did on the 23rd day of May, A.
3., 1908, at 2 o’clock p. m. of eaid day, sell at
orivate sale all the right, title and interest of
each of said minors, respectively, in and to
the real estate described in said order of sale,
situated in said county, to W. H. M. Cross for
the sum of one hundred and forty dollars cash
n hand, he being the highest and beet bidder
therefoi. Said sale having been made at the
time and place in the manner set forth ir
said sale notice. The interest of said minors
in and to each tract thereof, being an undi-
vided 1-6 interest each, subject to the life es-
tate of Looney Whitmire therein. That said

In the matter of the guardianship of John
Dennis and Carrie Groves, minors.
Now, on this 19th day of May, 1908, comes
William L. Moore as guardian of the estate of
the'above named wards having filed his peti-
tion for the sale of the real estate of said
wards for the reasons in said petition stated.
It is ordered, That said petition be and
hereby is set for hearing on the 20th day of
June, A. D., 1908, at 10 o’clock a. m., at
which time the next of kin and all persons in-
terested in the estate of said wards are re-
quired to appear and show cause, if any, they
have, why an order should not be granted for
the sale of so much of the real estate of said
wards as is necessary for the reasons in said
petition stated, and that personal service
hereof be made upon said next of kin and
persons interested in the estate of said wards
as required by law. It is further ordered that
a copy of this order be published for four
successive weeks in the Nowata Advertiser of
Nowata, Oklahoma.

Notices hereby given in pursuance of an order
of the county court of the county of Nowata,
State of Oklahoma, made on the 23rd day of
May 1908 the undersigned guardian of the
estate of Corena Davis, a minor, will sell at
public sale to the highest bidder subject to
confirmation by said Court on Saturday the
20th day of June A. D. 1908J at 2 o’clock
P. M., at the front door of the court house in
Nowata, Nowata County, Oklahoma,
all the right, title and interest of said Corena
Davis, a minor, in and to the following des-
cribed real property situate in Nowata County
State of Oklahoma, to-wit: 32 of SWi of Sec.
5, twp. 2C, R. .15, containing 80 acres, and
being the allotment of Peggie Davis, deceased
of whom the said minor is the sole heir at law.
