Caption: "Suggestions Sought Louie Harris, in charge of grounds at Oklahoma College of Liberal Arts, Chickasha, He spent several years developing the above-pictured vine-covered letters in front of the OCLA Administration building which along with other things, letters must go." The letters were located on the oval across the road from the Administration Building of the Oklahoma College for Women (previous name for the Oklahoma College of Liberal Arts).
