attached, is a true and correct state-
ment of the financial condition of the
current expense funds of said County,
as at the close of business on the 2Sth
V&Oo 54 day of February, 1917. as reflected
by the County Clerk's Financial Ledg-
er; that the surplus therein shown is
available for transfer and supplement-

items, nor any part thereof, contained
jn said surplus are legally due to the
County Sinking Fund.
Third: That the proposed supple-
