tendent of health, recently put a
patent medicine vendor and a ham-
burger* man out of business. The
patent medicine man was dispensing
samples in a common cup, while the
hamburger man had his wares un-
screened. Proper papers were put
in the hands of sheriff Romberg, aad
af a result both enterprising mer-
chants temporarily closed.

accidentally shot through the body
