1 30 p. m. arriving at Eureka
Springs 9 30 a. m. Return trip,

m., arrive at K. C. 7 30 a. m. A

as Townsite Agent for the Choctaw Na-
tion, I will sell at public auction to the
highest and best bidder, (reserving the
right to reject nuy and all bids)said sales
to take place between the hours of 8
'clock, a. m. and C o'clock p. ra. of said
dates; unimproved lots in the following
towns on the dates given: Hunter,(Pir-
tle) about 48 lots, April 17th; Bokchito,
about lots, April 17th and 18th; Bos-
well, about 166 lots, April 18th and 19th;
Hugo, about '24 lots, April 19th; Sawyer
(Gill>ert) about 121 lots, April 20th; Gar-
vin, about 125 lots, April 21st; Harring-
ton, about 73 lots, April 22d; Coalgate,
about 255 lots, April 25th and 261 h; Harts-
horne, about 571 lots. May 1st, 2d and 3d;
Alderson, about 133 lots, May 4th; Sa-
vanna, about 85 lots, May 5th; Crowder,
about 77 lots, May (>th; Canndian, about

13th. These sales will be made on the
following terms: One fourth to be paid
within teu days, and the balance in three
equal annual payments. The successful
bidder or bidders for the purchase of any
lot or lots will be required to deposit
with the United States Indian Agent of
the Uniou Agency, at the time such lots
are sold, ten per cent of the amount for
which said lot or lots shall be sol.l, and
the amount so deposited shall be forfeit-
ed and become the property of the Choc-
taw and Chicnsaw Nations, unleae such
successful bidder or bidders shall pay to
the U. S. Indiau Agent of the Union
Agency, the balance of the first iustall
ment, (one-fourth of the purchase price)
within ten days from date of sale. These
payments to be made to the U. S. Indian
Ageut at Muskogee, Indian Territoiy.—
