' A Card to the Public.!
Whereas the committee who obtained my signature to
early closing, failed to publish the condition upon which
I signed as agreed—and a'so tailed to send me a printed
copy of the exception or condition, and also failed to send
me a Union Card to put in my window, I hereby abrogate
the agreement, and will hereafter open at (3.30 a. m. and
close at 8.30 p. m.. excepting Saturdays when the store
will be closed at 10 p. m.
With exception to members of my familv, my cleilcs
will not be detained after 6.30 p. m. excepting Saturdays.
No goods will be sold on Sunday. A large part ot my
stock consists of granite, tinware and hardware, which tny
competitors are selling without let or hindrance eatly and
late. I carry druggists' sundries, such as Perfumery, toi-
let articles, stationery, etc., and my ct mpetitors sell early,
late and all day Sunday. Again I carry rugs, pictures,
etc., and the furniture dealers are not included in this
closing mania. , ,, , ,
Once more the Racket Store is with the people and
for the people early and late with the lowest prices.
Respectfully.
