the city ordered them to connect
their switch boards and charge only
one price for use of all lines In the
city. The company Ignored the or-
der. and a fine of $100 was assessed
against It An appeal followed and
the court heard the case today.
Several divorce cases have been
called up during the week, but thus
far no divorces have been granted.
The members of the divorce colony
are beginning to suspicion that they
are in neither Dakota nor Chicago
Criminal cases will be first on the
calendar next week
