The 9tory of a Wonderful Recovery

no common that we
frequently pay lit-
tle or no attention
to it. Yet, the
Btomach is very
easily upset, and
catarrhal inflam-
mation of the mu-
cous lining devel-
ops, grows worse—the pain and dis-
tress is incessant and the trut.li
dawns tUat we' have chronlo stom-
ach trouble.
The case of Mr. Louis Young, 205
Merrlmac St., Rochester, N. Is
typical. He writes: "I suffered for
thirty years with chronic bowel
trouble, stomach trouble and hem-
orrhages of the bowels. We bought
a bottle of Peruna and I took it
faithfully. I began to feel better.
My wife persuaded me to continue
and I did for some time ns directed.
Now I am a well man." Mr. Young's
experience is not unusual.
If you suffer from catarrh In any
form, whether of the head, stomach,
bowels or any other part of the
body, try Peruna. It may be Just
what you need. Peruna comes ill
either liquid or tablet form and is
sold everywhere. Your dealer has

I)r. Hartman's World-Famous Pe-

it. If you want your health accept
nothing else.
All the sick and suffering are In-
vited to write The Peruna Company,
Dept. 78, Columbus, Ohio, for Dr.
Hartman's Health Book. The book
is free and may help you. Ask your
dealer for a Peruna Almanac.

We do not hesitate to say that a timely une of Castoria would save
manv of those preciou3 lives. Neither do we hesitate to say that many
of these infantile deaths are occasioned by the use of narcotic preparations.
Drops tinctures and soothing syrups sold for children s complaints contain
more or less opium or morphine. They are, in considerable quantities,
deadly poisons. In any quantity, they stupefy, retard circulation and lead
to congestions, sickness, death. 1 here can be 110 danger in tho uso of

"About 15 years."
"You must play It mighty well by

"Not at all. But after I've played
it 15 or 20 years more if I keep on
improving at the same rate as I have
been in the past, I expect to be able
to shoot a fairly decent game."

OLD AGE STARTS
WITH YOUR KIDNEYS
forces in Knglaud,
Science says that old age begins with
weakened kidneys and digestive organs.
This being true, it is easy to believe
that by keeping the kidneys and diges-
tive organs cleansed and in proper work-
ing order old age can be deferred and
life prolonged far beyond that enjoyed
by the average person. • <

Be Ready for New Tasks.
Some men run into hobbies. At these
they excel. Given a new task they foil.
Your old uncle would not have you de-

have you develop the other side of
your nature more. Instead of becoming
a one-talent man he would have you
