1910, we submit herewith for your consideration the wiUiin statement of the
fiscal condition of the City of Norman, County of Cleveland, State of Ok-
lahoma. for the fiscal year beginning July 1st, 1912. and ending June 30th,
1913. together with an itemized statement of the estimated needs thereof
for the fiscal year beginning July 1st. 1913, and ending June 30th, 1914.
