Prepared by the Board of County Commissioners, at a meeting held on the first Monday in July, 1912, as provided in House Bill No 14 of
the Legislature of 1911. This estimate was advertised by posting five copies of this sheet in five public places, or by publication in the Norman
Democrat-Topic within five days after it was completed on the 2d day of July, 1912, and it was certified to the County Excise Board within five day-
after it was completed by having a copy filed with the county clerk of Cleveland County, on the 2d day of July, 1912, after beinK duly signed

obtained and made in said court on
the 9th day of November, 1911, for
the sum of $1,148.00, with interest
thereon at 6 per cent from that date
and cost of suit, taxed at $15860, in
eluding an attorney's fee of $112.00,
and costs accruing, and also to satis-
fy a judgment and decree of fore-
closure in favor of the defendant.

and cross petition, obtained and made
in said court on November 9, 1911,
