necessitated the amputation of the
big toe. Clarence was enroute from

One of the most interesting Bible
studies was that led by Mrs. Ownbey
last Tuesday afternoon at the M. E.
church, south A goodly number of
the members were present and all
took part in the general discussions
pertaining to the lesson. Tuesday
afternoon, June 25, is the regular so-
cial day. The ladies will be entertained
at the home of Mrs. H G. Goodrich
by Mesdames Goodrich and E. A.
Smith A good time is expected and
all members and their friends are cor-
dially invited to attend.

the District Court of Cleveland coun-
ty, State of Oklahoma, on the 30th day
of May, 1912, for the foreclosure o.
real estate mortgage and for judg-
ment on notes secured thereby, all
signed by Gertrude Chaffee and pay-
able to the Jefferson Trust Company,
which mortgage and notes secured
thereby have been assigned to C. S
Millican, which mortgage covers the
southwest quarter (SE 1-4) of section
one (1) township eight (8) north,
range two (2) west I. M , Cleveland
County, State of Oklahoma, which
niortgage was recorded in book 29
of mortgages, page 570, in the office
of the Register of Deeds of Cleveland
County, State of Oklahoma, and that
unless the said J A. Orton appears
and pleads to said petition on c
fore the 19th day of July, 1912,
