Lady Contestants entering this Great Contest.
The many Costly and beautiful premiums are headed by a fine $350 Piano and
a $200 Diamond of exquisite beauty as Capital Prizes to be awarded Dec. 23rd.

weeks Democrat, but if you can't get your name in by then
send it later as nominations will be received any time during
the contest. Every town and community in Garvin county
should have one or more candidates in this grand contest, for
here is the chance for you to earn a nice prize by a little
work and the help of your friends. Your friends will be
only to glad to help you by renewing for or subscribing for
the Democrat and trading at the above stores and helping
you get votes if you only get in the contest and show an in-

Go to worK today, you don't have to wait until your name is published to be a legal candidate, get busy and
get subscriutions at $1.00 per year for back, renewal or new subscriptions and get your friends Jo go to the above
stores and do their trading and to be sure to call for the coupon votes given them with every purchase, an-d all
there is to do is write the contestants name thereon and drop ir. the ballot box. Any of the aboTe merchants will
be pleased to give you pointers on how to work amouog your friends and acquaintances to the best advantage and
the Democrat will furnish you with subscription blanks to fill out and sign that receipts the subscriber for every
dollar collected and leaves you a stub as a memorandum. The Democrat will also give you the names of all sub-
scribers in your community that you may knew who to work among for back and renewal subscriptions and from
that you can tell who does not take the paper and easily call on them and solicit.
