his administration 243,000 peo-

000 to 46,000,000. Total bank
deposits increased from $55,000,
000 to $102,000,000.
Bank clearing have increased
frum $27,881,370 in 1906 to 122,
868,688 in 1910.
Bank guaranty law has been
upheld by the Uniied States Su-
preme Court and has stood the
test of experience.
Time has proved the complete
efficiency of the state guaranty
banking law and the failure of
the nationanal banking system.
Advises that national bankers
not be accepted as best judges
of amendments to guaranty law.
