The county clerk is instructed to
tile with the commissioner of the gen-
eral land office a claim for the use
of the county court house, in opening
bids for the Indian pasture lands at
the rate of ten dollars per day, ($10)
for twenty days, beginning 17th day
of December, 1906 and using con-
tinually through the 9th day of Jan-
uary, 1907; The county having fur-
nished fuel, lighting, telephone servi-
ce and other conveniences, tables and
the use of the rooms day and night,
during the time, given.
The county clerk is directed to no-
tify all county depositories to file
their reports as required in section 1,
of the act of March, 1905, page 181 of
the session laws of Oklahoma of 1905,
bringing said report up to date; and
they must hereafter, on the first Mon-
day of each month file a report with
th- county clerk as required in said
section and direct said depositories to
forward draft for accrued interest to
the 1st of Jan. 1907, payable to the
county treasurer.
