John Passmore, of Cache, charged
with selling liquor to Indians, was
tried in the district court yesterday.
The case went to the jury last night
and a verdict of guilty was rendered
this morning.
Missing Papers.
Papers are missing from the Consti-
tution's weekly files as follows: June 9,
June 30, Aug. 25, Sept. 15 and Dec. 15,
Twenty-five cents each will be
paid for any of these numbers delivered

Severely Burned.
The four-year-old child of Mr. aad
Mr* S Korf, of Elgin, was severely
burned yesterday. Mr. Korf is the
rnsco agent at that point. He had a
small bonfire and the child got too
close to it and its clothes caught fire.
The mother who was near arrived in
time to extinguish the flames and sav*
the child® life.
