I have just returned home from East-
ern markets purchasing a new stock of
Spring and Summer Goods. It being a
little late in the season I found Eastern
dealers anxious to close out their stocks
and secured greatbargains—getting goods
at fully 1-3 less than merchants purchas-
ing earlier in the season. The goods are
now coming in and 1 am in a position to
save you money. Be sure and see what
we have to offer before purchasing your
Summer Dress Goods. I now occupy the
west room of the old stand.

SEVERE ATTACK OF GRIP
Cured by One Bottle of Chamberlain's
Cough Remedy.
"When I had an attack of the grip
last winter (the second one) I actualy
cured my self with one bottle of
Chamberlain's Oough Remedy,' sa.ys
Frank W.Pert'V,Editor of the Enter-
prise, Shortsville, N.Y. "This is the
honest truth. I at times kept, from
coughing myself to pieces by taking
a teaspoonful of this remedy, and
when the coughing spell would come
on at night I would take a dose and it
seemed that in the briefest interval the
cough would pass off and I would go to
sleep perfectly free from cough and
its accompany pains. To say that the
remedy acted as a most agreeable
surprise is puttiug it very mildly. I
had no idea that it would or could
knock out the grip, simply because 1
had never tried it for such a purpose,
but it did, and it seemed with the
second attack of coughing the remedy
j caused it to not only be of less dura-
l tion, but the pains were far less severe
1 and I had not used the contents of one
I bottle before Mr. Grip, had bid me
adieu." for sale by Fred Reed.

Like the running brook, the
•ed blood that flows through
the veins has to come from
somewhere.
The springs of red blood are
found in the soft core of the
bones called the marrow and
some say red blood also comes
from the spleen. Healthy bone
marrow and healthy spleen
are full of fat.
Scott's Emulsion makes new
blood by feeding the bone
marrow and the spleen with
the richest of all fats, the pure
cod liver oil.
For pale school girls and
invalids and for .all whose
blood is thin and pale, Scott's
Emulsion is a pleasant and rich
blood food. It net only feeds
the blood-making organs' but
eives them strength to do

A Most Liberal Offer.
All our farmer readers should take
advantage of the unprecedented club-
bing offer we this year make, which
includes with this paper. The Live
Stcck Indicator, its Special Farmers
Institute Editions and The Poultry
Parmer. These three publications
are the best of their class and should
be in every farm house. To them we
add for local county and general news
or own paper, and make the price of
the four one year only $1.2-5. Never
before was so much superior reading
matter offorded for so small an amount
of money. The three papers named,
which we club with our own, are
well known throughout the West,
and commend themselves to the
reader's favorable attention upon
mere mention. The Live Stock In-
dicator is the great agricultural and
live stock paper of the West. The
Poultry Parmer is the most practical
poultry paper for the farmer, while
The Special Farmers Institute Edi-
tions are the most practical publica-
tions for the promotion of good farm-
ing ever published. Take advantage
of this great offer, as it will hold for a
short time only. Samples of these
papers may be examined by calling at

Danger of Colds and Grip.
The greatest danger from eolds and
grip is their resulting in pneumonia.
If reasonable care is used, however,
and Chamberlain's Cough Remedy
taken, all danger will be avoided.
Among the tens of thousands who
have used this remedy for these dis-
eases we have yet to learn of a single
^jase having resulted in pneumonia,
which shows conclusively that It is a
certain preventive of that dangerous
disease. It will cure a cold or an attack
j of the grip in less time than any other
treatment. It is pleasant and safe to
take, for sale by Fred. Reed.
