A Word to Campaign Subscribers,
Witli this issue a number of our
campaign subscribers subscription
expire ami paper will lit1 stopped un-,
less subscription is renewed We |
trust many or all of our campaign
subscribers will become regular sub
srribers. The subscribers who have !
taken the Peoples Voice the lonf{-|
est are its staunchest and truest j
friends. It is recognized by friend |
and foe as the only newspaper pub-1
lished in Cleveland county with !
backbone sufficient to hold itself;
erect and no man or set of men can
tnuz/'e it or use it as a c onvenient j
football to publish what they want
and suppress what they don't want.
It has done more to make the peo-
ple of the county and city conver-
sant with the affairs of county and
city than all of the other papers
published in the county combined.
The taxpayers of the connty know
it to be their best friend and the
men and women who labor incessant-
ly to elevate the moral standard of
our citizenship, bave found the Peo-
ples Voice ready and willing to
render them all the assistance possi-
ble. As an inducement to trial sub-
scribers to renew their subscriptions
for one year we will make them a
present of one of Rev. Irl Hick's
World Almanac's for the year 15)03
provided they renew before Dec 2.">th
1002.
