give my support to the election of C N.
Haskell woultf be a crime against God,
my country, my home and the demo-
cratic party which I love so well. I fee!
it would be a crime against this infant
state and the homes in this state which
our firat governor should labor to build
up and protect. If 1 have been misin-
formed, I appeal to you in the name of
democracy and this fair state to share
with me the evidence and facts you
have which justified you in lending
yourselves to the cause of C. N. Haskell.
I have been begged, threatened, slan-
dered and flattered by both friends and
foes to force me to cease my opposition
to the election of C. N. Hakell. But 1
must say that neither of these weapons
appeal to me in the least. The fact that
no other influence has been brought to
bear has made me more determined.
But I am open to conviction. Bring me
truth, honesty, sincerity, good report,
records of good deeds done, and I will
be with you. I honor and revere you
all, gentlemen, and am more than will-

so in that time I shall present this to-

matter to Mr. Bryan and for the re-

will take the stump against Haskell,
explain to the voters this proposition I
have made and offer them the volume

I have no political ambition and 1

LARGE SALARIES.
The graduates of the Capital
City Business College, Guthrie,
Okla., draw the largest salaries
of any business college gradu-
ates in the state. The reason is
plain. This school gives the
most thorough, complete and ex-
tensive courses of stenography
and business training to be found
anywhere. Their advantages of
the modern famous Byrne sys-
tems of bookkeeping and short-
hand enable them to reduce the
time required for completing a
course from two to four months
over what is required in other
schools. If you are acquainted
with the average business college
graduate, you know they go out
and work in offices as helpers, or
where the work is light, at most
any price to get a start, many
working for $6 or $8 a week.
This is not so with the graduates
of the Capital City Business Col-
lege. Our thorough, practical
courses give student the training
and experience that enables him

The advanced salary that our

received by graduates of other
schools would make it cheaper
for the student to attend our

tuition than to attend another

KITCHEN WORK
IS HARD IN THE SUMMER
There isn’t any let up -no matter how hot it is.
The three meals a day must be prepared just the
same there is fruit to can—preserves and jellies to
make. You cannot get out of this work but you can
do it in half the usual time—and make the work that is
left, much easier. Think how long it takes you what
hot work it is—to even get ready to do the work you
are now doing - to collect all utensils and materials
and to put them away after you are done—some in the
pantry, some in the cupboard, some in the kitchen
table and others in any old place around the kitchen.
This is the work a
